En fait j'ai trouvé la solution à force de recherche et d'essais, et c'est tout simple, pour brancher sa tv à son pc en ethernet sans avoir de soucis de perte de passerelle apres reboot du pc, il suffit de configurer un pont reseau entre son reseau "tv" et le reseau de la box, et de tout configurer en auto, et hop plus de soucis, tout marche parfaitement!
